Around town I'm in Comfort. The roads are shit and Sport and +R bounce like a fast ass at a strip club.

Agreed +R is too harsh for non-highway driving.

If I am shifting at all it's in +R, but if I am cruising down the highway I will throw it in comfort to calm the bumpiness down until I have to shift again.
